Project INTCATCH

GO Systemelektronik GmbH participates in the INTCATCH project funded by the European Union as part of the H2020-EU.3.5.4. - Enabling the transition towards a green economy and society through eco-innovation programme. The goal of INTCATCH is to develop new approaches to the monitoring and management of surface water quality, that is ready for global waters in the upcoming period of 2020-2050. The project aims to achieve its objective through the development of future-oriented solutions that focus on the efficiency and usability of systems and strategies for water monitoring.

We support this vision by applying our experience and knowledge in the field to develop technical innovations that enable the measurement of relevant parameters and provide access to real time data. We hope that our participation in the INTCATCH project contributes to the improvement of water quality and environmental protection in Europe and the rest of the world.

Project PEKEF

The PEKEF project (Phosphate Elimination from the Wastewater Treatment Plant Cycle without the Use of Chemical Precipitants) aims to achieve the required phosphate concentration in the wastewater treatment plant effluent according to the Wastewater Ordinance without the addition of chemical precipitants. For this purpose, phosphate is to be precipitated electrochemically by means of an electrode placed in the wastewater. The placement, control, material and shape of the electrode are to be optimised for this purpose. The advantages are a lower environmental impact due to the omitted use of precipitants. The phosphate-containing precipitation products should be able to be used directly as fertiliser or in other industrial processes.
