The BlueGate cloud service relieves of the necessity to establish an own IT infrastructure to manage and control BlueBox systems. The primary object of this service is to make the operator's access to his BlueBox installation as easy and straightforward as possible. Current and historic data hat to be accessible in a clear representation and the operational safety secured by automatic data backup and prompt information in case of alerts or loss of communication. The main focus lies on the security aspect, all communications over public networks between BlueBox- BlueGate- and customer systems are handled with a consequent application of encrypted protocols.
